It was one of the dreamiest dates — the kind where you wake up giddy the next morning, remembering why he’ll forever be your always. Larimer Square already holds a special place in my heart — the strung lights that drape across the entire block make everything more magical. We ate at Osteria Marco, a quaint little restaurant that had the most delicious in-house burrata cheese I’ve ever tasted. Not to mention, the mushroom and truffle pizza (plus sausage, for some kick) was kind of eye-rolling delicious too. Afterwards we headed next door to a market for an ice-cream cone that we shared while enjoying the sweet scenery around us, just snuggling together on a street bench. It was perfect. Denver, you sure know how to do date night right!
