Updated Skincare Regimen

November 13, 2013

Skincare isn’t a “one-size fits all” type of thing; but I wanted to share what’s currently working for me! For more in-depth descriptions of products and application tips, I’m sharing more on Babble.com

    Hi Missy,

Love your blog!!!! Just would love to know what make-up products you are wearing… Your eyes look great!!!!

I can’t wait to try the Kate Somerville peel! You had me at “festive” and “evergreen.” I think I’ll buy myself a pre-holiday stocking stuffer right now 🙂 The lash stuff looks awesome too…my lashes are both stubby and blonde so I can use all the help I can get!

I happen to use (and adore) the entire Belmondo skincare line. It’s handmade in small batches, super gentle, and the ingredients are all natural (so nothing you can’t pronounce). Plus it smells amazing, the packaging is gorgeous and Daniela Belmondo is the sweetest person ever. I have to order it all the way from Canada, but it’s worth it!

Great post Missy!! I have been using Eminence for a few years now and I absolutely love that skin care line!! It’s so gentle and I love that it’s organic and my skin always feels great afterwards!! 🙂

    Xo,
    Sincerely Miss Ash

I love your make up! I’ve watched your make up tutorials but in this video your eye make up looks darker…is it? If so, please share 🙂 Thanks!

Great post! I’m totally going to try the Eminence line, I clicked on your product link and they have a spa locator on their website to find a local spa that carries the line and I found an eco spa just a few blocks away from me that I didn’t even notice before! Thanks!! ; )

Love your eyeshadow. What color/brand is it?

  • Mel November 14, 2013 at 2:24 am

Love this post!! I am obsessed with Kiehl’s products. They have always worked for me. I also really like Kate Somerville as well. The scrub is amazing!

Hey I love this post!!! what eyeshadow and blush are you wearing??/

  • Melissa November 14, 2013 at 5:13 am

Great tutorial as always! I think I may need to get the “lash extension” goody. Most importantly though… Your hair is impressively long! How often do you get it cut?

  • Cassia November 14, 2013 at 1:17 pm

You are so beautiful. I love it when you make videos! Your nail polish is awesome!!! What color/brand is it?

  • Kelsi November 14, 2013 at 2:40 pm

I love trying new products, so thank you for sharing! I have to say that one of my favorite “products” is baking soda. I make a paste with it and gently scrub my face 2-3 times a week and it feels amazing. I’ve been doing this for over a year, and follow up with a homemade cider vinegar/water toner. I love the results.
Also, thought it’s not face related, I found my new all time favorite shampoo: Jason Restorative Biotin shampoo. It is totally affordable and my word it is HEAVEN on your head!

  • Hannah November 14, 2013 at 2:43 pm

I would LOVE to hear more about your experience with LiLash. I’ve been dying to try a lash supplement but I’ve heard so many horror stories 🙁

  • Beth November 15, 2013 at 12:20 am

I agree, I’d love a tutorial on your makeup in this video. It’s beautiful!

  • Lauren November 15, 2013 at 2:33 am

    Hey Missy,

I just love your blog!! You are so fun and Thank You for sharing your regimen! I also only clean my face once a day because I found if I clean it twice a day makes my skin to be to dry. I am also really thinking about trying the Eminence Line, it all sounds wonderful!

    Thank You,,
    xoxo Laura

You’re such a beautiful person. Love your blog as you truly are such a talent to watch. Your blog is my weekend treat. You certainly are my version of the new Martha Stewart! 🙂 Take care.

  • Jennifer December 3, 2013 at 5:06 pm

I’m excited to try some of the products I just ordered :-)!

Unrelated question: Do you recommend any self tanners? I need to have a beautiful glow by this weekend…

    Thank you 🙂

    • missy December 3, 2013 at 8:45 pm

Million Dollar tan works wonder… but I’m not sure you’ll be able to order it in time. I’ve also used Jergens which was decent. Hope you’re going some place warm and beautiful!

Thanks for sharing these product finds. Keeping your skin care regimen up to date seems like a good idea for skin health.

  • Danielle February 13, 2014 at 9:50 pm

Would you rec’d the clairisonic for reducing pore size? I know that it states in the description that it is used for that, but have you found a difference? I have been noticing my pores more lately and they are driving me crazy! Any recommendations would be appreciated!

  • Kim Toma September 26, 2014 at 5:59 pm

Have you tired the Pur Minerals line? I like their make up products and have heard great things about the skin care line. Thanks for any leads!
