Rocky Mountain BBQ Brisket

Not all BBQ is created equal. There’s all different types out there. Living in the South I’ve never gotten into the Carolina style which is primarily vinegar based. Doesn’t mean it’s not tasty for some – just not my favorite. I’m partial to a red base bbq like Mom always made. Want to try BBQ from the west? Give this Rocky Mountain version a go!     Thanks for this- I love your recipe posts; I’m always looking for new things to add to the dinner rotation. Made this tonight for Labor Day and it was fantastic! Better than our favorite BBQ place!
