Family Fun

It’s Picnic Weather

March 11, 2014

Sunday dinners are always the best way to kick-start a new week. There’s nothing more comforting than being together as a little family. Nowhere to be. No phones (and if there are phones, it’s only to FaceTime with family). No time restraints. We simply enjoy it. Every minute.

And that goes without saying, more love goes into preparing the meal knowing it’ll bring my family closer.

This Sunday, we were elated to dine outdoors – a’la picnic style!

70 degrees was the perfect reason to break in our new blanket from HauteLook. You guys know I’ve got a serious relationship with HauteLook (Ryan would argue it’s a serious problem). Owned by Nordstrom, HauteLook features limited-inventory sale events of your favorite brands at prices up to 75% off. And returns (when applicable) are as easy as taking a trip to your local Nordstrom Rack. LOVE it!

Sign-up HERE to make sure you don’t miss an upcoming sale. Like when the reminder email pops-up saying Free People is coming tomorrow! It is?!! Meep! So you promptly set your alarm for 8 AM Pacific (to be exact), each and every day. Not that I do that or anything (wink wink). This post is sponsored by HauteLook.

Here are a few other things that are tickling my HauteLook for Home fancy…

Wow. No coats? No mittens? And a picnic?! Seriously jealous over here. Looks like a warm, wonderful, family adventure with memories being made. Hoping one day soon I can leave the house without a wool hat on!
