Peach Panna Cotta

August 30, 2013

Just in time to say goodbye, peaches make the farewell to summer a little easier to swallow. Literally.

It’s by far one of the easiest desserts to prepare; and can also be made days in advance β€” perfect for company.

Even though it’s served cold, I plan to get creative with new toppings for the fall . . . possibly warmed glazed pears and walnuts.

But for now, I’ll be putting these peaches where they count β€” in my mouth!

Oh, my goodness. And I was trying to decide between peaches on turkey, colby & arugula paninis or just freezing them. I’m having dessert instead, now! Thanks for the recipe & such tempting photos. (and so appropriate for our football Saturday menu πŸ˜‰
