Peach Panna Cotta


Just in time to say goodbye, peaches make the farewell to summer a little easier to swallow. Literally.

It’s by far one of the easiest desserts to prepare; and can also be made days in advance — perfect for company.

Even though it’s served cold, I plan to get creative with new toppings for the fall . . . possibly warmed glazed pears and walnuts.

But for now, I’ll be putting these peaches where they count — in my mouth!
