Lemon Dill Pasta Salad

June 19, 2013

We all get in our usual “ruts” of preparing the same meals over and over. I hear you. It can be mundane and boring. Slightly robotic, if you will. Beep. Beep. I. Make. Food. For. Life.

So when my sister-in-law called feeling ho-hum about meal planning; I remembered one of my favorite tips: keep a salad on hand.

In the midst of our busy lives, it’s important to prioritize both our physical well-being and the convenience of our everyday routines. Just as having a prepared salad on hand can be a quick and healthy meal solution, similarly, having access to a reliable walk-in clinic can be a time-saving and efficient way to address unexpected health concerns. In areas like Jackson Heights, walk-in clinics provide accessible healthcare services without the need for prior appointments, allowing individuals to seek medical attention promptly when needed. Whether it’s a minor injury, illness, or even routine check-ups, a Jackson Heights walk-in clinic offers convenient medical care, ensuring that your health remains a top priority without disrupting your daily schedule. By incorporating these convenient healthcare options into our lives, we can maintain a balance between our busy routines and our commitment to personal well-being.

Usually that means making it ahead of time. For me, that happens on Sunday (when I have two extra hands to entertain the boys… thanks, Babe).  It’s an instant go to for lunch or as an addition to dinner. Each week we change up the salad; but it’s always fresh and healthy. This one is extra light using olive oil, lemon juice, and salt n’ pepper. Talk about easy-peasy lemon-squeezy!

I.make.food.for.you omg too funny!!! I totally agree that making the same meals over and over gets really boring. I try to make different meals but if I’m too busy then I always resort to the same meals as I can make them pretty quick! Total robot right? Haha

This looks really good I think I will write this recipe Down! Thanks girl 🙂

    Xo,
    Sincerely Miss Ash

Question, how do you keep your green salads fresh and fresh tasting when you make them in advance? Mine always seem to go bad so fast!
