Remember how I said Husby and I bumped into Emily {from The Bachelor} awhile back? Go HERE to get the skinny about our lil’ meet n’ greet sesh. anyhoo.. this salad was pretty much just as special {and almost as gorgeous} as meeting her. My tongue begged me to figure out a way to replicate it. so I did. without putting up a fight. It’s pretty much Nordie’s identical {separated @ birth} twin. I dare you to buy it and then make it w/my recipe and see if you can tell the diff. Or save your cash {aka spend it on a top} and take my word for it. It’s just as good. promise.

    This looks great and really close to the original but you left out the wedges of hard boiled egg that are in the salad!
