Le Tote

July 9, 2015

When a LBB (little black box) shows up on your doorstep, you know it’s going to be a good day!

Recently, I was introduced to Le Tote – an unlimited apparel and accessory rental for $49 a month. I’m going to be real with you, friends. At first I was a bit skeptical. But you guys, it’s a completely different way of approaching fashion. In a very awesome way. Here’s how it works…

First off, choose your favorite pieces and “heart” them (cute, huh?) to add them to your virtual closet. Then a personal stylist curates your tote of 3 pieces of clothing and 2 accessories from your closet. It’s packaged up in a cute tote and shipped to your front door (with free shipping both ways). When you open the box, it’s a surprise to find out which of your favorite pieces are inside!

In my first box, I was excited to find: a gray ruched dress and navy pencil skirt (both of which were super simple to style with many pieces I already own and love), a silver bangle, a comfy boho blouse, and fun neon clutch to match a pair of sandals I recently bought

Wear the pieces for as long or as little as you’d like. Yes, that means you could send the box back the very next day or keep all of the pieces for weeks on end. But, regardless of how many times you send a box back, a new one replaces it! Tell me that’s not genius?!

You can bet your britches I was slightly excited to see this Free People blouse was offered in blue โ€” yep, into my virtual closet she went! I was also happy to see that Le Tote carries a lot of the same brands that high-end departments stores like Nordstrom do: FreePeople,ย French Connection, House of Harlow, BB Dakota, Tulle, Kensie, the list goes on…

Another perk? Let’s say by chance that you absolutely fall in LOVE with a piece (a’hem the blouse above and neon clutch below) then you can keep it by paying a deeply discounted price (up to 80% off retail). Yes, please with heart giggles on top!

As a busy mom who tries to stay on-trend, I value anything that makes my life easier.ย That’s why Le Tote is so different โ€” literally unlimited shopping without having to commit, delivered right to your door, at one consistent price.

Should you like to try it for yourself, Le Tote is offer Pink Pistachio readers 20% off your first month by clicking HERE (discount is applied when you sign-up through the link provided).

Looking good man! This Sounds amazing! I will definitely try this out! Is this where your paint splattered tee from your Father’s Day post was from? Loved it and can’t seem to find one like it anywhere.

    • missy July 10, 2015 at 8:25 pm

No, the tee is from HM (men’s section). ๐Ÿ™‚

    Umm…that yellow clutch is amazing!

  • Emily July 10, 2015 at 12:54 am

Hi, Missy! Is there a start date to the promo related to your website? The link/website automatically puts in ‘PINKPISTACHIO’ under promo code, but it says it is an invalid code. TIA!

    • missy July 10, 2015 at 8:26 pm

Hi Emily! Le Tote is aware of this and fixed the glitch! It looks like they had the wrong expiration date; but it’s working now!

Hi Missy! Love the outfits! I was wondering how you get your curls so loose and natural? I’ve watched your great videos, but still can’t seem to get it right! Thanks!

    • missy July 10, 2015 at 8:27 pm

I’m still using the same technique as the ten minute loose curl tutorial with a few minor tweaks – leaving more of a tail at the end that isn’t curled and many times I let my hair air dry before curling. Hope that helps!

    Hi Missy!

This sounds AH-MAZING! I logged in via the link you provided and noticed that it automatically input “pinkpistachio” as the promo code but then the site says it is invalid. Anything else you think we should be doing? Thanks!

    • missy July 10, 2015 at 8:28 pm

It’s now working!! Thanks for making us aware of this! Happy closet collecting! ๐Ÿ™‚

    • missy July 24, 2015 at 11:39 pm

I would be happy to – just waiting on getting the perfect curtains and then I’ll feel like the house is semi put-together enough to show you all around!

  • Jen July 12, 2015 at 3:32 pm

You are gorgeous! Love your hair, and beautiful outfits! I love the flowey tops.

    • missy July 24, 2015 at 11:39 pm

      Thank you, kindly!

  • Donna July 12, 2015 at 5:34 pm

Do you know if the clothes are new or used? If you decide to buy do they send a new item?
    Love your site.

    • missy July 24, 2015 at 11:40 pm

That’s a really good question that I don’t have an answer to! Would you like me to ask them? When my clothes arrive there weren’t “new” tags on them; but they certainly didn’t feel used or worn either. Not sure!

  • Julie July 15, 2015 at 3:59 am

Wahoo! Thanks, Missy! I signed up today!

    • missy July 24, 2015 at 11:40 pm

You’ll have to let me know how it goes! A rotating wardrobe is so fun!

Where did you get the dark floral top in the bottom picture?

  • Jenny August 22, 2015 at 5:56 pm

Hi Missy! Your pony tail looks perfect in the first picture. Any tips on achieving the same look?
