He Calls Them Punkmins

October 10, 2013

He calls them punkmins. Everytime he does, I’m reminded he’s still very little — makes my heart smile. The littlest, thinks they’re balls. Pointing everywhere he goes and throwing those that are light enough to carry. The ones we brought home have damaged stems to prove it.

These guys. My guys. They light up my world.

This is the prettiest pumpkin patch I ever did see. How perfect with the sun setting and the twinkly lights strung above the pumpkins. Beckam in that beanie is just too adorable. Gage has gorgeous hair like his mama 🙂 xo

What a beautiful family trip to pick pumpkins! Your family’s ability to truly appreciate the small things in life is something every family should slow down and take note on! These are the things your boys will remember so well.

Ps. I love your outfit as always! Details on it?

I love your blog and the picture are gorgeous, so sharp. Just want to know who shoot all your pictures, what type of camera do you use and your setting? I want to learn to take pictures like your for my kids memory book.

We take all the pictures (if I’m in the picture, it’s taken by my husband). We have a canon 5d and settings vary depending on light conditions. Thanks so much!

I have to know where Little’s slouchy hat is from!!!!! And how you get him to leave it on!

  • Stacy October 11, 2013 at 3:27 pm

Just noticed your hat and that you’ve been to Maine before (I’m new to your site). If you ever make the trip to Houston you HAVE to try Maine-ly Sandwiches… One of the best lobster rolls I’ve had away from the east coast 🙂 There’s also so many fun things to do here with the kiddos. Zoo, children’s museum, aquarium, discovery green, ect.

    Have a wonderful weekend!

They are both the cutest little babies ever! I love the pumpkin pics.

  • Mel October 17, 2013 at 1:18 pm

I absolutely love your laid back outfit and I’m so happy that your kids get to have these experiences with you both. Lots of children don’t get that quality time with their parents so it’s really nice to see how much love your family has. Love this post and Punkmins is beyond adorable!
