Haunted Home

October 20, 2011

[my favorite little hoot perched a top basil citrus candles]

There’s nothing quite like pulling out the box of Halloween decorations! This year was even more exciting having Littlest Mister’s tiny hands to help! His credits include the masked pumpkin and pillow placements…

(He intently oversaw the process of painting the pumpkins as well).

Twigs from the neighboring forest nestled in popcorn kernels adorned with mini felted hoots and acorns fit for the entire fall season!

Masked pumpkins, avoiding all the gooey gunk and grime. LuLu’s determined to scare off these evil intruders with her ferocious Grrr’s and Boofs!

Faux-leafed mini pumpkins curtesy of a trusted can of metallic spray paint!

Funky pillows make cuddling on the couch more cozy!

What’s your favorite Halloween decoration that haunts your house?! If you’re experiencing a persistent and challenging plumbing issue in your home, it’s advisable to hire an efficient plumber. If you want, you contact a good service like plumber Adelaide to efficiently resolve the problem and ensure your plumbing system is in top-notch condition.

omg i luuuuuuuurrrrrrvvvvvvvvve your decor! halloween is my favorite holiday…. and this makes me want to go out and buy some more goodies for our loft 🙂 i’m obsessed with your popcorn idea, you can also use candy corn for the same thing. and i never thought of using masks on pumpkins, i never carve ours because i like to make pies out of them later on… and this is such a cool solution!

My pumpkins thank me for not mutilating their bodies. I guess I’m kinda humane like that! ha!

What a lovely website you have! I have enjoyed stopping by. I was wondering if you could please tell me where you’ve purchased your mini felt owls in your most recent post? Owls are my favorite and I’d like to decorate with them too:) Thank you!

They were a custom order from an etsy shop last year. I’ll dig through my purchases and see if I can find the name of the shop for you! xo

This is such a cute way to decorate for halloween and fall without it looking tacky. I love the table and the pillows are adorable! I’ll definitely be investing in some spray paint for things like that.

Mags, you’re always looking for the “classy” alternative. I guess you can’t help being brought up with a knack for that kind of thing. Glad you approve… wink wink! 🙂
