H2T Target

January 25, 2013

Head 2 Toe Target: mossimo clearance flannel (men’s size small), mossimo baseball henley (men’s size medium), merona clearance knit beanie (men’s $2 steal), xhilaration wedge high tops (metallic gold – clearance price in stores), xhilaration jeggings (old), watch – michael kors, necklace – gifted, ring – golden bear

________

Even thinking about Target costs me 50 bucks. What’s wrong with that place? The red bullseye is more or less a warning sign to stay clear: everything inside is cute!

Somehow I managed to get distracted (yet again) from my shopping list and found myself lost amidst the men’s clearance racks. To my benefit, I was looking for Husby. Nothing in his size and EVERYTHING in mine. So what does a girl who is surrounded by all boys do?

If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em.

Buy boy clothes, that’s what.

You look absolutely adorable!! I have never been a fan of the sneaker wedges but you totally rocked them and have me second guessing myself! I love Target!

Dude, I was right along with you on the sneaker wedge. But I’m always up for trying new things and found I’m a fan (of the right style, of course). It’s all about taking a few chances while still keeping your style on it. 🙂

I believe I came across your blog through pinterest (?) but just wanted to say it is great!

  • Menekse January 25, 2013 at 5:18 pm

This is a really cool look 🙂 love it! I have been looking at wedge trainers for a while but I am still kind of on the fence. I saw a lovely pair on sale but they didn’t have my size, and that’s the closest I’ve gotten!

I always love men’s button down shirts more than women’s. I think it’s their color scheme.

I have been wanting some of those wedge high tops – for months I thought they were silly but the more I see them styled the more I love them. And for that price, I think caving for them would be worth it.

What camera do you use? Im pretty sure you’ve answered this a thousand times and in another post but i cant find it and i cant remember it. lol

I am also a big H2T Target, I sometimes think that they should hire me as a walking advertisment. Love love love, super cute. My 2 girls are just as bad. (They are only 7 and 5 not good for my future!) Eek!

What kind of lip product are you wearing?

  • monica January 27, 2013 at 2:30 am

    Oh I do love Target.
Living in Hawaii, it was a huge deal when we finally got ours a couple years ago.
    Thank God.
    You look adorable!

So I just have to ask, where did you wear this outfit? If anyone could pull it off, I would think you could, but I’m still not sold 😉

    • missy January 29, 2013 at 2:33 am

Just wore it around town (errands and what not).Thank you! Try it… I think you’d be surprised 🙂

  • Maureen Anders January 27, 2013 at 5:34 pm

  • Danielle January 29, 2013 at 6:25 am

I am interested in your wedding ring. Looks like you did a matching band to your husbands? Only asking cause I am trying to decide what to do with mine and the engagement is a one round c. Suggestions?

  • Kelsi Leavitt January 31, 2013 at 12:04 am

Love how edgy this is, but like others have wondered, what are you going to do with this outfit? Do you plan to wear it again somewhere, or was it just a fun “dress up with clearance” day? I’d love to see you put elements of this outfit together in other outfits, to see how practical you can make it.
    Also, what did husby say?
