In my book, cake is basically ALWAYS a good idea. Especially if the so-called cake involves citrus! Ugh. SO good.
With grapefruits in full season and spring making her debut — this cake is the perfect way to enjoy both!
And just in case the cake alone wasn’t enough – top it off with more grapefruit: a simple syrup and glaze (oh my stars) and a fresh dollop of vanilla whipped cream to round out all the tart with a little sweet.
