Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Cookie Recipe (pdf)

Some like it. Some don’t. But at our house, Santa has come to expect gingerbread every Christmas Eve. He gets a whole cookie house, however. Ha! Can you believe how little Gage is here? We’ve been doing it every year since. As such, thought it was high time I posted the recipe for safe-keeping and sharing. It’s not too soft but not too crisp. Perfect amount of spice to sweet. I think you’ll love it! Only three more sleeps until Christmas!

beautiful family! You’re such a fun mom.
you prob get asked this a lot but what kind of lense do you use? I’m trying to find one that gets better aperture and lets in a lot of light, just like your photos do I love them.
    MERRY CHRISTMAS !

I have tried so many times to make gingerbread cooking and every time I have failed! I am not sure if it has something to do with the Florida humidity or what but my dough is always so sticky. These look delish and not to difficult to make. I will have to try the recipe!

That very likely could be the case! Just add more flour 1/4c at a time until it pulls away from the bowl. And make sure to use enough flour when rolling!
