A quick hello on this beautiful sunny morning! Just wanted to share what we ate this morning in case your bellies are feeling like ours – growling for a something other than cold cereal. Let’s be honest, brunch is better with benedict.

Have a wonderful day, spent with those you love most!

One of my most favorite breakfast (and any other time of the day) dishes! This recipe looks absolutely fantastic and I’ll definitely have to try it out! Thanks so much for sharing!

This is one of my favorite breakfasts! But I’ve never even attempted to make it… A little intimidating. It’s in my “only order at a restaurant when someone else can make it” category.

Oh you could totally do it! I think it’s the hollandaise sauce that trips people up. I’ve heard of some making it the blender (which would be so simple – combine all ingredients except melted butter and blend… slowly add HOT butter until thick). If you give it a go… let me know! ha!

Oh I lurv eggs bennie. At least once a week I ask my 2 and 4 year old to make it and bring it to me in bed. They never do and I can’t figure out why. Guess I’ll have to do it myself. I use the blender for the sauce- so easy!
