A Ball Game

Labor Day Weekend: baseball seemed fitting — especially since Summer is coming to a close. Speaking of… I could go on a major rant about how much I’m going to miss it. But rather than boring you, I’ll show you some of the food we consumed, instead! ha! Take into account I didn’t disclose the contents of my purse which included sunflower seeds (Ry’s favorite) and six boxes or so of candy. Between trying to explain the rules of baseball and hoping for the cotton candy and frozen lemonade guys to walk our aisle — mitts were out (even if on the wrong hands) ready for ‘pop-flies’. Oh and then the wave. They’re still asking when we can go back to do it again! But let’s be honest, home runs, win or lose, it’s about the food. So next time babe, forgo the pretty bathroom level for the high-traffic smorgasboard, will ya? We practically went home starving.  Wink wink.
