Asian Lettuce Wraps

July 18, 2012

This little concoction is our new favorite summer meal (which by the way is just as tasty served on top of brown rice). Husby claims he actually prefers it over PF Chang’s version. You know what I say? I say he says such exaggerated compliments just to see me blush. And it works, I tell ya. Every dagnabbit time. Sure makes whippin’ up some grub a lot more rewarding. Aww, bless his boastful heart.

I was just at PF Chang’s this weekend and I will thinking about how I could make the lettuce wraps at home. I can’t wait to give these a try! Thanks for posting!

Made these for dinner tonight… doubled the chili sauce (we like it hot around here) and doubled the peanut butter in the sauce to make it just a bit creamier – definitely a winner! Both my husband and my two year old loved them! Thanks!

YUMMY! I made these tonight for my big sis, her (picky-eater) hubby and got rave reviews! Thanks Missy!

I made these the other night for friends and they were fabulous! I added some onion to the sauté and used liquid aminos as a soy sauce substitute. What a healthy, easy, fun dinner treat!

I love this recipe! I made it for my husband and my parents this weekend and everyone loved it!
The only thing I changed was I swapped the sweet chili sauce for chili garlic sauce because the sweet one has tons of sugar and my husband is a diabetic. It came out really good!
    Thanks for posting this!

I’m new to your blog and after religiously reading almost every post I could during my children’s nap time, I came across this recipe and just had to try it. I made it tonight and it was SO delicious. I loved the fresh ingredients, that it’s super simple to make and was such a nice change of pace from the repeat of regular meals that I usually make. My husband loved it as well and he is a picky eater so when he likes something you know its a winner. Thanks so much for posting it!
