3 – Tag any or all of the judges

The Top 8 photos will be selected by a group of judges. 8 Finalists announced July 5th. Winners announced July 8th!

I LOVE your blog!! and I would love to participate.. but I live in Brazil, I’m a missionary kid here with my mom and dad, but we still celebrate the 4th! So would I still be able to do it or are only those who live in America able?
