For our 9th anniversary (12/23), we decided to spend it together as a family — finishing up our Christmas bucket-list.

Hour by Hour:

7 – Advent Calendar (only 2 days left ’til Christmas)

8 – Gingerbread House cookies (a yearly tradition HERE and HERE)

9 – Bubbles at bathtime

10 – Addressing last-minute Christmas cards

11 – Brunch at our favorite diner

12 – Delivering cinnamon rolls + toys to the Women’s Shelter

1 – Whole Foods for Satsuma oranges (a gift for a shepherd friend)

2 – Forest our elf, overseeing naughty + nice choices

3 – Homemade eggnog

4 – Delivering gifts to a shepherd + his flock

5 – Visiting real reindeer

6 – Christmas lights at a local garden

7 – Take-out for a relaxing night in

Happy Anniversary to y’all! Such a nice idea for Christmas bucket list. Where did you order your Christmas cards from? They are so cute! Happy New Year!

They’re from pinholepress.com — one of my favorite places for classic cards!

Love your 12 hours – and happy anniversary xx this might sound silly but I’m always amazed how well your boys eat ie no bibs/plastic tableware/plastic beakers/high chairs ! I have a two year girl and when it’s meal times it’s ‘batten down the hatches’ and watch her go for it as she won’t let me help her – and then it’s a big clean after. My boy was the same – I know they get there in the end – but your boys have mastered it Xxx Happy New Year really looking forward to your blog in 2015!

It’s always a crazy time of year to try and celebrate — in hindsight, not sure what made us decide on the 23rd! ha! Young and in love, I suppose!

Happy Anniversary!! Where did you get Gage’s gray sweater? I love it! Also I was curious, do your kids go to pre-school. If so, do you have a good process to researching and finding a good school?

    • Reply missy January 13, 2015 at 4:50 pm

Sweater is from Zara. I teach the boys at home and plan to send them to a charter school for elementary. 🙂
