Regardless of school, the fact is: summer is still here for 44 more days! We LOVE this time of year and never want to wish it away too soon. After school, evenings together as a family, or weekends can still allow for summer fun. At the start of the season we put together a bucket list and are still checking more off on the daily. One of which? Water balloons + homemade popsicles. Long live summertime!

Update on Beckam: You might notice a scar-free face. These pictures were taken a few days before his accident. However, the stitches have since been removed and he’s healing remarkably well. Again, your incredibly kind words and heartfelt concern and prayers on his/our behalf has meant the world to us. Thank you, sweet friends. xo

What a lovely reminder that Summer is still here and we have the chance to make more memories. Sending love and light to you and your little one as he heals and grows.

Your pictures are always so gorgeous. What type of camera and editing software do you use?

I used a canon 50mm/1.4 here and edited in Lightroom! Thanks for your kind words 🙂

I noticed star gazing isn’t checked off. You should do that tonight as it’s supposed to be a spectacular display of the Perseids meteor shower!

Beautiful pictures, and a good reminder that there is still lots of summer left 🙂 I think I’ll make some popsicles when we get home today! Glad to hear your son is healing well, kids do bounce back so quickly.

I agree with you! I adore fall but would never wish away summer <3 So glad your sweet boy is doing better. I was kind of hoping these were from after and that he was looking this good already. Prayers of healing and lots of love!
