30 Weeks

February 27, 2012

30 weeks? Yeah. Only 10 weeks left until we meet this lil’ guy. The second go around definitely flies faster. There’s less unknown and more familiarity with all the quirks that accompany manufacturing a child. That, coupled with playing with Bubba non stop.

Last trimester, I had him tagged as mellow. Uh, not so much. Laying in the fetal position is obviously not okay by him. Those chicken legs slash elbows slash could-be anythings, relentlessly wiggle until I finally straighten out. But at least he’s got spunk! I’ll take it!

I love the lil’ dude ooodles, already.

You just made my morning! Tiny?! Oh heavens… talking walks around the neighborhood people are starting to comment about the size of the bumpcake! ha!

I love your blog! It’s so much fun to see all the beautiful you do. I too am 30 weeks pregnant with my 4th. And up until a week or so ago, mine was “mellow” as well.

Your phrase, “It’s so much fun to see all the beautiful you do.” just made it onto my fridge. Thank you for uplifting comment, sweet girl! And congrats on #4… when’s your actual due date?

What a beautiful picture. It has captured the beauty of pregnancy. Congratulations, I wish I only knew what this joy was like. I/m not so blessed.

Lilli, you are beyond kind. To take the time to tell me this when you could rightfully feel hurt or discouraged is a true reminder to be happy in others’ joys. What incredible selflessness. xo

Could you be any cuter! I hope I look this fabulous when I’m pregnant one day. P.S. I can’t believe how fast your pregnancy has gone by, I feel like you just announced it.

    • missy February 29, 2012 at 1:58 pm

Ok, so it’s not just me that feels like life is flying by?! Yeah, one day I’m a bee… the next a beached whale! ha!

You must be so impatient to meet the little guy by now. It’s so hard to wait when you can see the finish line just around the corner!

BTW, if I looked as good pregnant as YOU do, I’d have had seven or eight kids instead of two. 😉
